* WHAT IS IT, EXACTLY?
Campaign Viewer allows Dungeon Masters of traditional tabletop RPGs to create, manage and view their (dungeon) maps. It is, at its core, an editor for your campaign maps, items and NPCs. Freely placing tiles around to construct your world and then fill it with loot and NPCs.
* FOR WHO IS THIS?
If you play traditional tabletop RPGs as a Dungeon Master, you might sometimes run into a problem of a lot of variables to keep track of. This app will help you in keeping track of, at least, the world in which your players are in. With a tap of a button, during play, you can find out what items are found or what NPCs are interacted with.
* I'M NOT A DUNGEON MASTER, CAN I STILL USE IT?
Oh for sure. Be creative in your use. :)
* NOT A STORYTELLING GENERATOR
Of course, you're still expected to build your own maps, items and NPCs. It doesn't do that for you (yet). But with a tablet at hand and this app installed during your adventures, it will definitely map your life easier as DM to manage maps.
* MISSING FEATURES?
Since it's an on-going process and many things are great to have, we're open to suggestions. And we mean it - just send us a message with your suggestion and we'll definitely look into it.
* MISSING GRAPHICS?
The current graphics are from RLTiles (http://rltiles.sourceforge.net/), and periodically, new ones from there will be added. However, if you're missing graphics you want included by default, simply send us an e-mail about it. You can also import them yourself in the app by going to (cog icon)->Settings->Graphics and tap Download.
